Looking on info to take my PAL in SK, preferably Saskatoon.

Saskatoon Wildlife Federation is running PAL courses, 11 Jan and 25 Jan, There are two courses in Feb as well.

Surefire Sports and Back Forty Guns + gear offer PAL courses . There are others . Just did a Google search.

Lots of CFSC PAL courses run around Saskatoon/Moose Jaw that will let you do the Canadian Firearms Safety Course and then apply for your PAL.
