PAL Printing/Mailing time after approval

What’s the average time for printing and mail for you PAL after it’s been approved and issued?
Also is it true that you can get it couriered rather than Canada post?

Canada post. I did mine last summer in 18 days. Once printed it should be a week.

Dealing with this now. My status was approved and issued in Mid January. Checked mail and nothing after 3 weeks. I emailed them and they said it had just been printed in early February. So approval and printing can happen weeks apart apparently.

I’m also waiting, I noticed that I’d been approved, called last Friday and the gentleman I spoke with said that they had been having delays with the printing.

Also waiting, took the course early Feb. The 28 day waiting period should be over soon, hopefully approved and smooth sailing after that.

Seems to be really inconsistent. Mine was approved and sent for printing immediately after the 28-day period elapsed and I had it in hand about a week later.

Once approved my RPAL was in my hands in eleven days. I live in Ontario so it might take alittle longer if you live out west.

My son and I both recently renewed online. He was 3 weeks from online renewal to card in his hand. I submitted mine online on the afternoon last Saturday the 14th. Status yesterday was pending. Checked this morning and it has been "processed and card will be printed and mailed". Will see how long it takes to get here.

New card was in the mail box on April 2

Just renewed mine recently. It was approved within 2 weeks, but was 8 weeks until the card was in my hand.

Dad just renewed his in January. Mail the application by registered mail and had it back in his hands in three and a half weeks. This is Ontario.
