My friend and I applied for pal/rpal licence at the same time we both recived calls from RCMP as well as our references, now I received my licence last week and my friend didn't get his he checked online and it said that initial processing was done can someone tell me what could be the problem why he didn't get his licence

Could be a number of things, get him to call the CFC and ask, if he's worried about something. Otherwise wait a few more weeks and see if it shows up.
