Can I use family members as references on my pal application?

Yes. I used my father-in-law on mine and my brother and I were references for my Dad.

Used my Aunt and my Sister for my PAL and RPAL, respectively. No problems.

Yes, I was able to use my own Adult Children (over 18yrs of age).

You just can not use your spouse.

My daughter was one of my references.
