pal required for purchase of reloading supplies?

As the above mentions. Brass, primers and bullets? I'm asking g about alberta.

With store policy ledgers, Mickey Mouse seems to buy a lot of powder...

Mickey Mouse, Hell I go by the name Ben Stolenn ....
But, reality is I only have done it once cause I dont shop there or any store for that matter that retains that Ledger....
Easy as 1 2 3.

The winner is....
Store Policy, if one does not like or agree with said policy let your wallet dictate that you are not happy.
As for the Desmond Tutu quote...Basic Human Rights will trump your guilt trip attempt every time.

I'm not sure what you're implying here.. That Desmond Tutu flouts human rights? Perhaps you should Google his name...

Timely thread....

I just happened to be in the GTA this past weekend and decided to visit Bass Pro. To my surprise, they had the largest, on display, selection of reloading supplies (mainly dies) I have ever seen in Ontario. Anyway, I asked if they had any powder...and they did :sok2. Anyway, I selected 1lb of IMR4831 and was then asked to produce my PAL. The clerk recorded my info. I have never had to show my PAL in Ontario when purchasing powder, but then the GTA is not really part of Ontario.... :p Building it right beside WONDERLAND is very fitting!

I complied just because I have been looking for 4831 for some time and wasn't up for an argument, but I did tell the clerk it was not a legal requirement....store policy, blah, blah.
