PAL/RPAL in the mail

Mine was received May 10, and up on the website a week later. Yesterday morning I did my phone interview, and both my references were called last night. My 28 days is up on Monday.
Now it will be interesting to see how long it takes to get my card...

I spoke to a nice woman at the registry yesterday; She informed me all is well and that my RPAL will be sent for printing then mailing as soon as the legislated 28 days passes.

it's been exactly 28 days today!! thanks to all those on CGN & especially calalta for his thorough and detailed post!!
