PAL Wait Time

The lady put me on hold for a good 3 or 4 minutes then came back saying that my license hasnt been printed yet but that she would look into it and get it printed in the next couple days. No mention of printer breakdowns, delays, month long back log.
Have they just resorted to telling people what they want to hear now as opposed to the printer story or do you think she will expedite my process somehow.
The call center must be busy. Took a lot longer to get through this time.

Exact same thing happened to me! I called on monday so I will be calling tomorrow to inquire. I asked about the printer and she said there was some delays.
 
Mine was issued April 17th. Been calling somewhat regularly getting the printer excuse. Last week the lady told me she would put a request in for it to be printed within 5 days. Called yesterday & they told me it was printed on Mon!! Checked the mail box 6 times today! Lol
 
I mailed my application 18 days ago, can't find anything on the check your status page yet...does that mean they haven't received it/entered it yet?

I called on the 13th and was told the same thing. As of this afternoon it still hadn't been printed though. Long weekend going to mess things up!

Don't worry

Your application will show normally after the 28-days legislated waiting period, It should appear online the moment your Credit Card get Charged!

Personally, my CC got charged 25 Days after they received my Application at Miramichi and appeared online the same day!

Make sure to enter on the (check your status page) online all the exact information you did write on your application otherwise you will not find it...

And then you will see something like this :

Application Received on: 2019-05-23

Current Status: Your application has completed initial processing. It is now in progress. Please check the status again at a later date.

After that, the fun begin... you can wait between 2 Weeks up to 7 months... I lurked this Thread alot and came up to the conclusion that (Where you live / What you did in your life / timing / LUCK...) will influence how long you will wait :p

Ps : the (Application Received date) I put as an example might be what you should get ;)

- 1000 rounds of 124 grain 9mm
- 100 rounds of 124 +P n mm.
- 1 set of ears.

RPAL Card received!! Yaaaay!!

Mar 15 RCMP received application
April 09 CC charged & "in process" appears online
April 17 License issued
May 9 was told they'd request print within 5 days (after calling many times)
May 13 card printed
May 17 card received!

So not too bad considering all the nonsense going on right now. Basically 2 months all together. I got lucky!!

I have the sig sauer p226 elite, the s&w m and p 2.0 9mm range kit with 500 rounds, a Remington 870 express, and a s&w m and p 15 sport already paid for and is on hold. Browning safe getting delivered tomorrow morning! Can't wait!!
Called the cfo today....
Application received Mar. 29
Money taken off my card roughly a month later
Licence issued May 3
Card printed May 14
Ontario cfo.... you guys rock!!

Still waiting. 66 days since Miramirichi got my demand. Their 45 days service standards are a joke. And I already have a valid PAL..

Hi, Im from Quebec as well Still waiting for my RPAL but im less then 45 days waiting.

Have you tried to call the Quebec CFO ? I heard that they keep track of how many times you call them tho... nothing to lose here...

Congrats brother. Nice list. 226 is next after the shadow. Thinking the legion, but I heard the finish is no good. Walther Q5 Match SF is on the radar as well.
