PAL Wait Time

Yup, RPAL. No idea if they called my references. They didn't call me. I didn't call the CFO. I only made that one initial call to make sure there wasn't anything missing.
The website says their service standards are 45 days for a complete and accurate application. I got it in 44. I noticed other people's applications are following similar timelines. I did, however, put in the extra effort and type/print my application so the person on the other end wouldn't have to try to read my hand writing. Overall, like I said, I am pleased with the service thus far from the CFP.

I interpret that as regular days and not business day. I also interpret that from the day they receive it, not the day it shows up as 'processing' online. Someone else on this page posted a very similar timeline to mine.
Yeah I've called them twice so far. They said its with the CFO now waiting to get processed. All information was there with no red flags checked.

-Surprisingly she said the 45 day processing time starts when it is sent off the CFO, not when it shows up online.

I got the same answer here in Quebec.
Might be a new way of doing things in 2019 cause the RCMP site is clear that it is calendar days from the date it was received...
Timeline so far:
Received: Dec 18
Online: Jan 23
Photo scanned: Jan 29
It’s now waiting for one final review at Miramichi. Not sure what that means
Update: Just check the status today and my RPAL has been issued, total 43days for me, can’t wait to get the physical card and go shopping
Jan 30, BC, no checkboxes.
She’s been issued! 43 calendar days including Christmas and all.
I literally called them 8 hours ago and they said it wasn’t even at the BC CFO yet.
