I have been keeping a close eye on the processing and wait times are almost exactly 4months.
At least it looks to be 4 months until approval and another week or 2 to receive the card.
Thanks for reporting this. It is a huge relief to read it. I just renewed online today and was feeling anxious about how long it might take.
The fact that the website barely functions didn't inspire a lot of confidence.
PAL/RPAL license issued today. Here's my timeline (Ontario applicant):
Application received on Sep. 17
Received an email on Jan 9 about payment (CC expired in Dec)
Called RCMP on Jan 11 to update CC, application went online the same day
Jan 14: Your application has been processed and your licence has been issued.
Now just wait for it to come in mail.

Another update, Got paperwork, redid application, Got a manager at the post office today, she apologized profusely and said yup it would have been discarded... I honestly hate i was misinformed, but im glad i trusted my gut feeling and found out now rather than waiting 4 months to find out they havent even received it... In the end, shipped express and got a tracking numberWoo! Now waiting game and saving up for a tavor.

Sent it by express mail. That gives you a tracking number. Bit of money but peace of mind. (If you look back at my previous posts few pages back you’ll be see why)

Pretty much until you will find your credit card randomly charged. As long as you paid for stamps (unlike my situation) atleast then youll be fine
