Mailed my PAL and RPAL May 29th, hoping it gets processed this summer but not that hopeful. I know it’s only been about 5 weeks but not showing as received yet.

Probably not, if you don’t try you might wish you had.
I didn’t bother with it prior to hearing of changes, now I might just put in for it JIK. If it’s to late nothing lost.
If I don’t try I might regret it some day.
So I might as well.

I’m on the fence about upgrading my PAL to RPAL, with the delays I’ve been hearing about it’s unlikely it would arrive before the “freeze” in the Fall and even if it does, it’s slim pickin’s for handguns.

Thanks for the update...i am from SK too...sent in my application on March 28th but nothing so far...it looks like they have started processing April applications now...mine seems to be out of queue...

Absolutely! The current Federal government & Prime Minister are the WORST in the history of Canada. I have a good feeling that this current term is Trudeau’s last. With a
new Conservative Majority government it will be a different world. Go for it!

Nice, thanks for the update. Seems to be about a month between credit card charged and approval. Hopefully that stays about the same.

They received on March 18th. I got July 4th. I am in BC. Just under 4 months
