First off, South Africa is a lovely place. We shot a ton of birds last Monday. mainly doves with a few rock pigeons and a few pigeons. George Digweed MBE won the FITASC Sporting today with a 196/200. Most unbelieable was he shot a 25 on the most difficult Parcours that had two incomers at: one dropped at 50 yards and the other peg at some 60! Michael Spada was second and his father was third. Tomorrow starts the 200 bird Compak.
As a regular ritual, George smoked one of my Super Partagas after winning. I will post some pics once I get back to the land of cold and snow next week.
Monday more bird shooting, possibly shooting ground squirrels Tuesday and the rest of the week big game.
Regards,
Henry
