My serach for 22 250 45 grain JHP's continued today.

no luck,,,

but I did find a cartridge barand I have not seen before. It began with a P, Pepesco? Paparozzi? I don't remember the name.

Thay were 15$ for a box of 20 50gr SP in a blue and white box.

Anyone used these hunting? or any experiences?

Maybe they are quite common...
 
Yup, had a box of them for my old 6.5x55mm Swede. They seemed to shoot quite well in the old girl. That being said, it has spent most of its life sitting in the gun safe, so I can't say as to whether it's better than ### or comparable to yyy.

The cases were blackened a bit up top, or kinda smokey(the neck), and mild recoil.

I bought a box of this for my Hornet and the accuracy wasn't nearly as good as some of the more expensive choices, but the price was cheap and the brass is very reloadable. FS
 
I use them for my swedish mauser. I am running low though. Where did you see them? I go to Saskatoon pretty frenquently and need to buy more.

I find they shoot just as good, and hit harder than the federals I am shooting out of my other rifle of the same caliber.
