Para Adjustable Trigger

I have got a Para 14-45 SFA special edition with the adjustable trigger. I am not entirely sure how to adjust it to a lighter let off. Please advise on the effects of tightening or loosening the trigger wormscrew in terms of trigger feel.

That isn't an adjustable trigger. The adjustment screw is set at the factory and you ought not to play with it. It just sets the proper tensuon on the trigger bow.
