para gi expert

I just purchased a para gi expert new, I am waiting for it to arrive... From what I have read, its a basic 1911 without the frills, but seems to get pretty good reviews other than those who say the looks deviate from what a gi should look like...

Anything I should do to "break it in" or just follow the manual and 250 rnds -> clean and repeat twice?
