I shot one at the Nationals in Barrie a few years ago and placed in the top ten. In the 9mm configuration there is very little muzzle rise due to the weight but, for IPSC, the DA pull is a bit long to reset.
Oh and as was mentioned, the breakage-prone mag bases make it prohibitive, they don't like to be dropped on anything hard.
I never did sell the gun and may use it in IDPA from time to time.
I now shoot a CZ...and I've played with Glock and Sig for Production. I really like the CZ/Tanfoglio guns!
