para-ordenance LDA 9mm?

Just wondering if anyone knows in Para-ord. makes a handgun with the LDA trigger in 9mm. I tried to check there site for info but could not find anything! Also does anyone what they are worth? Is the LDA decent. I read on a post that someone on the forum had a hard time with the trigger.

I had a .40 Para LDA and it was a great gun. But Para has always had a hit or miss reputation on quality. I loved mine and as I had Glocks before, the trigger was quite nice and a lot smoother than Glock. If you are used to a single action trigger, it will be an adjustment.

If you hang around long enough, you will find Para has the most lemon rate among 1911's and their customer serive really need a lot of improvement. Anyhow they are no longer a Canada company, they moved south, if your new Para has problem, which very likely happen, you will get screwed. Anyway visit more site about 1911, you will find some answer.

Wow! I knew about them moving south but had no idea about their quality issues! Thanks for the heads up. I guess I'll just scrap the whole idea and stick to my Glock for now.
