Para USA Tactical Target Rifle ever to be available in Canada?

I've been looking into this TTR or LR-300 lately, I'm wondering if anyone knows of the availability of these guns? Are they even legal in Canada? I'm having a hard time finding any information in general...

The old ZM version had been floating around for close to 20 years? But I haven't seen the para version out in the wild yet, in Canada.

the originals were excellent guns. Wish I could have bought one when I had the chance.
