Heres my problem, I just got 2 Chinese Scope for testing. I have problem with one of them. Today I was boresighting it and noticed that when I change the parallax setting there is a noticeable POI change.

I go from 12YDS to 100YDS ther is, according to my Boresighter Grid, an 8-10" in POI change. After that it seems to stabilize.

I took aim at 100yds and played with the parallax and you can see a POI change.

I tested with my other scopes and did not noticed that.

Anybody experienced this? Personnally I think it is a bad Scope but......

Thank you

It was a bad scope when you bought it. Very, very few Chinese made scopes are made well, as you have discovered. Get rid of it, and buy something more reliable. - dan

X2 - I wasted a lot of $ on Chinese scopes over the years. The only one I had that was OK was a fake Leupold Tactical. Seriously get something better - for entry level I recommend Falcon of Elite 3200.

Its a known fact that a lot of bargain scope change POI whit parrallax setting, one should neve cheap out on glass for a rifle, my rule is a dollar for a dollar 700.00 rifle deserve a 700.00 scope remember the weakest link storie... JP.

Thanks guys, I know chinese scopes are not the best, As mentionned at the beginning I have them for intensive testing for a business that is trying to import cheap optics for it's customer.

I know for a owning a couple that Chinese scopes are hit and miss, I have a couple good one mounted on 22 but would not rely on them for high caliber rifle or target. I also returned some because of obvious problem right out of the box. Their quality standard are not really high and they are not hunter and shooter themself I am pretty sure.

Thanks
