I believe that if I am over 50 years old and have hunted all my life and held hunting permits every year and owned my guns for years that I should not have to buy permits again to own them as they are already mine.

The old guys were the most unsafe guy's when I did my PAL course....waving muzzle, not checking headstamp on ammo etc....

Sounds like you need to explain to us where your comming from, so we may see what it was your mentioning with homes being invaded and privacy and such.

Hey Harleyman! Please give this site a chance. I feel much the same as you, and if enough people stand up and join sites like this, and the NFA, we'll be able to overturn, or at least tone down, some bad law. Have you checked out LUFA? It seems to me that passive resistance to the registry has never been prosecuted when the rebels have never done anything overtly violent or otherwise illegal. Keep the faith Bro! Meet the legal license requirements (as I do), but stand your ground morally. This is a good site, and definitely worth the time.

I agree this site has lots of useful information, give it another shot. I agree the laws are stupid, but that doesn't make them any less the law. You'll be hard pressed to find a spot anywhere(Internet or otherwise) that everyone shares the same opinion. However you will, on this site, encounter a lot of people (not all mind you, there's a** holes in every group) that are willing to share their knowledge with you.

If I recall you asked "am I a criminal" or something to that extent in your post. People gave you the honest answer. According to our laws you are. That doesn't mean morally you are or that anyone wants you to give up, I wish you the best if luck in your battle against our foolish laws.

Hello KETTLE....pot calling. You cannot take the time to look in a dictionary but you expect EVERYONE reading to do it? Which do you think is more efficient? 1 person doing a thing or hundreds?

Meanwhile of course if you write your rants in a word processor software FIRST like WORD for example then copy and paste it into your message box here....you could use SPELL CHECK...

I live in CANADA and this is a free country and if I hunt on my own land and do not bother anyone else that I sould be left alone

I would in fact encourage this concept....by all means stay alone!

Psst.........registration has been FREE for some years. Some even think that it was due to the efforts of like minded people many of whom are on this board working there arses off to lobby the Feds to do that are what caused it.

Personally I have spent more than a buck or two on court costs and to date 14 days in courts.

Perhaps you might consider the legal costs associated with non-compliance of the law. I agree 100% with you, but until the laws are changed, they should be obeyed. Eventually, the government body responsible for issuing hunting licences may share data with the CFC. You never know. Just be aware of the consequences of your actions and know the costs.

This #####y old guy just scored 96 % and 92 % on my PAL and my restricted
test and flew thru the practical without reading any books cause we just know more then wet ass little babies like you so as the saying goes,get stuffed before i kick your scrawny little wet ass.
