Park question

Buy some small corks at home depot, home hardware etc, fill the barrel with water, cork it. With semi auto's you have to plug the gas hole too. I've done that with modelling clay. The clay HAS to be removed with a needle or fine pin and the bore needs to be cleaned a few times.

Put an empty case in the chamber and tap a cast bullet into the muzzle. Just enough that it stays there, not all the way in. Modelling clay will get eaten/dissolved in the first tank.
Parkerizing does nothing bad to rifling though. My .243 has a lube-rited bore. (Didn't have a suitable cast bullet.) It hasn't affected my rifle a bit. The chamber isn't.

Buy the corks at a craft supply shop, they have them in all calibres  sorry sizes.
You can get them in sizes that fit snugly into the bore and the chamber and they work great plus they are reusable.
