It's an Enfield, converted for sporting purposes by Parker Hale, so yes, an Enfield magazine will fit. Try the EE, then site sponsors like Marstar, Trade Ex Canada, Ellwood Epps. New manufactured magazines by a S.African firm, K-Mag might be found from a west coast gunsmith, Bits Of Pieces.
Yes, good point mbogo3. Parker Hale sporterised both No.1MkIIIs and No.4s and there are slight differences in the magazine fitting so they aren't reliably interchangeable.
Red Cat, the No.1MkIII originally had the rear sight on the barrel while the No.4(and its shortened, lightened variant No.5) had the rear sight at the back of the receiver. But some PH sporter versions of the No.4 went so far as to have that rear sight removed and the mount area machined smooth and a new rear sight installed on the barrel.

Easier way to tell is if it is a "rounded" receiver vs a flat left sided receiver. No 4 Mk l is flat on the left side of the action. No 1 Mk lll is rounded all over.
