Parker Hale floor plate vs. super clip

I'm just looking to replace a stock on a parker hale 1200 "super clip" model and wondering if I might be able to use a stock off a another similar parker hale but with a floorplate.

I dont want to order anything until I can be somewhat sure it'll work.

When I lost the magazine for my 1200c, I had him convert it to a floor plate. Same stock though.

I see you are located in Alberta .... if this is a hunting rifle keep in mind that "unloaded" for legal transport in a vehicle while hunting means no rounds in the firearm at all, not just an empty chamber (as they used to define it.) For that reason, I am of the view that a detachable magazine is preferable - pop it out and you are legal .... pop it back in and you are "good to go".

Depending on the floorplate model stock, there may be some inletting required.

I dont mind inletting, just wanted to make sure the floor plate wasnt larger than the magazine system.
