Parkerized Finish Question

What are your thoughts on a parkerized finish, on the receiver only , of an o/u shotgun ?

Did Browning not make a Parkerized receiver on one of their Citori models? The receiver was Parkerized and the barrels were blued?

It was a US Ltd. Edition Browning Citori Lightning, case color 12Ga. I just looked it up.

It's not parkerize, it's case color that I meant to say.

My question should of read. What do you think of a case color receiver , with blued barrels?
