Parkerizing Kit?

Does anyone have any idea where I can buy a Parkerizing kit in Canada. I would like to do a gun myself but if I can't get the stuff then maybe a shop that will do it for me. Please message me with any help.

If you want a shop to do it here in NS go to "Gerrys custom gunsmithing". He uses the type that PJ's sells.
