Looking for a tank or sink for home parking, any idea's would be great, anyone have a suitable tank they are willing to part with would be even better. Money is very much an object, I am poor.

Barreled action length? I made one by folding some stainless sheet into a "U" shaped trough, made ends with flanges, used JB Weld to bond them in place. Don't make too big a trough, takes more solution.
For smaller sizes, check used commercial kitchen suppliers for the stainless inserts used on serving lines. Or stainless pots and pans.
I have heard of fibreglass tanks being used with immersion heating elements.

I have heard that park. is better in stainless than black iron, but do not know if this is fact.

I believe black iron is great for blueing, and stainless is great for parkerizing - not sure of the other way around. I would think the solution would be too busy trying to parkerize the tank rather than the parts.

I think that the park solution will attack carbon steel tanks until it's stabilized, this is why you feed it clean steel wool when you first start your solution.
