If you buy those things from anyone in the firearms industry, you'll pay a lot.

Phosphoric acid is very commonly used in the food industry. In particular, it is used by You-Brew places to clean their fermentation containers, and it is used in the hydroponics industry to control pH of plant growing solutions.

Manganese dioxide is a powder, not a liquid. It is commonly used by potters to make glazes for ceramic vases and whatnot. They also use zinc oxide, if you want grey parkerizing.

If you hit a hydroponics joint and a modelling clay shop I bet you can get all you can carry for $20.
