Parralax issue

Been trying to eliminate parralax while using my vortex viper 6.5-20x44. No matter how I fine tune it, cant get rid of it.

any tips? Or can this be normal?

Are you placing your eye in the same place behind the scope eyepiece each and every time?

Is your ocular diopter (x-hair ) focus set properly ? If it's not you can dial the parallax knob all you want and won't get any where

That is the same problem I found with the Vortex and the bushnells, that is why there isn't any in my collection.

I use the 6.5-20x44 Viper for long range shooting (1000 yards) and it's been an awesome scope. Can you describe the problem?

I figured it out, feel like an idiot! I just needed to finetune the crosshairs (thanks Ultimate-Monkey!)
