Part compatibility from AR to Renegade

I reached out to MRA, but haven't heard back and I am just curious if the trigger pack, bolt catch and mag release mechanism from a 5.56 AR (S&W) will fit into a Renegade v2 7.62x39 "lower?" Looking to use some parts on a new build.
