Part manufacturing required

Hey guys I am looking to get a part, Machinist or 3D printed in Aluminium, I can get it Cerekoted when finished so raw material finish is fine.

Current Dimensions:
Length: 1.889
Width: 1.052
Height: 1.287

New Dimensions:
Length: 4.389 (addition of 2.500")
Width: 1.052
Height: 1.287

Screw to centre: 0.397
Centred on the Height

Material Thickness: 0.152

Thanks Buckbrush, I also found Shapeways and was able to make an order with no minimum, if my model is correct and all is well I will look at doing a metal project with Emachine as there metal price is cheaper but you have to make a minimum order of almost $200.00.

Never hurts to look with local machine shops.
I'm not familiar with the use/fit of that part, if you needs certain tolerances you might want to get that on there.
If you needed to really make many(1000's), easiest way is usually an extrusion run, so long as the tolerances work out.

Check with a shop named "Cactus Machine" shop in Calgary
Not sure of the name but that's close.......
I'm sure they can help you out....

You can't 3D print alumium.

The Emachine $200 limit is bargain.
