I'm starting a Glock build and before I get in trouble can anyone give me a definitive answer on what components are considered the "firearm" for purposes of shipping before I go through the hassle of calling the RCMP to ask? Is it the lower receiver when it's completed? Would a bare frame be the firearm? Sorry if this topic has been beat to death elsewhere on the forum, I couldn't find it. Thanks in advance
