Partial sizing pistol cases

Just got a 460 s&w but only have 45 colt size die. Any danger in partially sizing the 460 case as it doesn't fit all the way into a 45/454 die?

As long as the resulting round will chamber I don't see why partial sizing should be a problem. Rifle reloaders partial size regularly.

They likely won't fit in the cylinders properly. You've spent nearly 2 grand for a revolver. Buy the proper dies.

I have them on order but NEED to load some now. They fit the cylinder just fine.

They likely will fit, and better than before. It's kind of like neck-sizing for a bolt-action.

I've done it with .357 to squeeze out a bit of extra accuracy when reload speed is less important.

Doesn't work as well with a semi, but can still be done (by backup the dies out) - depends on the gun and load.
