How many types of meat have your tried this with (caribou, deer, moose, bison, horse, beef, etc...)?

A little flour, and little butter, a little maple syrup, couple eggs, and 1 moose heart

cube the heart, fry (saute) in butter
splash in some syrup (just a little) mixed with warm water
toss in a couple eggs
toast some bread
And, if you are like me then you add some HOT peppers..

that sandwitch will get, and keep you going all day
