Parts compatibility with Norinco pistol

I'm looking to get a new pistol for plinking.
I like the Norinco's because they are cheap
but I wonder about parts compatibility with the real pistol,
like dose the slide from a CZ 75 will fit a NZ 75,
parts from a Sig 226 will fit a NP-22?
I know that the grip fits but how about the other parts?

I don't know about the other pistols but the 1911 parts are interchangeable on the norc's.

One part that doesn't would be the Norinco's metric thread grip screw bushings.

I measured the dove tail for the sight and I think the CZ dovetail is slightly larger than the NZ. also the slide on the NZ is slightly taller than the CZ.
