Parts for a Belgian 22 Rolling Block

Anybody have any idea on where to even start looking for a replacement extractor or a Bayard 22LR rolling block? Or am I SOL.

It also marked H. Pieper, Liege, Belgium on it. The extractor is worn down to the point that even when closed you can see into the chamber.
