Just acquired a CIL 125.It has a 70 stamped where the barrel meets the receiver on the left side. Its missing the little spring on the firing pin itself. There doesn’t seem to be any available. Part number 5 on the exploded parts diagram that floating around. I’m wondering if it needs to be the specific Anschutz spring or something else would work?
Also missing the little elevator that sits under the rear sight. Part 34 on the same diagram.
Any insight would be much appreciated.

The Anschutz parts diagram and list may help facilitate finding the correct part. The list shown is for the Anschutz Model 1400 which is identical to the CIL Anschutz 125.

The firing pin spring is shown as part number 5 below. The Anschutz part number is 1357-10. It's available at Nordic Marksman for $4.95 (you may wish to ask if they will ship in an envelope.)

The mainspring is shown as part number 8 below. The Anschutz part number is 1357-9.

Thanks for that. I found the spring. The rear sight elevator is out of stock tho. My bolt is a lot different than the one in the diagram I’m noticing. Mine only has a single extractor/ejector and a bulbous knob on the back. I wonder what’s up with that?

The bolt on the CIL Anschutz 125 that I had years ago is shown in the first picture below. Perhaps your bolt is like that in the top action in the second picture. The last image shows a comparison of the different Anschutz bolt actions as they were in probably the early 1960s.

The Anschutz Model 1400/CIL Anschutz 125 is supposed to have two "extractors" (one is called a cartridge retainer). The bolt shown above may be missing a part. The red arrow in your picture from the previous post shows where the extractor/retainer is accessed. See the image beneath of a bolt from an Anschutz 1400.

The cocking piece may have changed but it seems unlikely that Anschutz would have revised the bolt to have only one extractor.

A CIL Anschutz 125 (Anschutz 1400) with a single extractor is unexpected. It raises the question whether the bolt is original.

In any case, parts for Anschutz rifles this old are out of production. When suppliers run of of existing stock, they usually can't get more. The alternative of a donor rifle may not be appealing.

If there is a nearby gun shop (or gunsmith) that has a variety of parts squirreled away that might be an avenue worth pursuing. When I had my CIL Anschutz 125 about ten years ago, I was also missing the rear sight elevator. The proprietor of a local shop took a look at it, went to a back room and soon returned with the correct part. Luck perhaps, but you never know.
