Guys, are we even able to order and have shipped simple things like Glock recoil spring assemblies etc? If so, where?

Check the dealer network link at the top of the page for a list of suppliers. Lots of them carry spare parts. Speaking with a few of them recently, they are unaware of any upcoming restrictions on bringing in parts (at least not yet), so they are operating as if it's business as usual until they are told different by the current gov't (don't get me started...). Having said that, I've noticed that availability of pretty much everything sucks right now. I've only recently got my RPAL, so I don't have a frame of reference. For the old timers, is this paucity of parts and 'out of stock' BS normal for Canada, or is this just a post-Covid phenomenon?
