Collectors Source has a dewat milled Russian AK for 895.00, think they also have a Norinco RPK for 790ish

Forget the parts kit. You cannot build a functional AK, all AKs are prohibs. You cannot build a non-functional replica AK. Replica firearms are prohibited devices, and you cannot make one unless you have a specific licence to do so.
