Pat Trap Problems

Wondering if anyone out there can give us some advice. We have a SW series Pat Trap and for the last year we have been having a problem with the turret advancng correctly if it is filled with targets. If we keep the turret filled at about 60% or less it works fine. If it is filled it only advances part way in the cycle. We have been through all of the adjustments specified by Pat Trap and have made numerous phone calls to Pat Trap for advice as well. Nothing will correct the problem. Perhaps some one out there has experienced the same problem. It is not a temperature related problem as this happened last summer when it was +30C. We were running ATF which had worked quite well, then changed to 0W-20 synthetic engine oil as recommended by Pat Trap, which BTW does not seem to work as well as ATF.

Any help would be appreciated.

Talked to Vince. He advised it is the switch under the turret which is where we had been looking as well. Apparently we may not have been looking hard enough and will give it another try.
