I have sent a few emails and called looking for some customer service / help for a product I purchased from the CSC. I waited for two weeks and decided to call and was told you are very busy and to keep waiting.
I have an issue with a warranty claim and the receipt that was provided from the sale is the issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
