Hello,

I have sent a few emails and called looking for some customer service / help for a product I purchased from the CSC. I waited for two weeks and decided to call and was told you are very busy and to keep waiting.

I have an issue with a warranty claim and the receipt that was provided from the sale is the issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

This is very odd news for CSC.

I've been stopping in there, and buying guns, ammo, etc. for years.

I have never waited to be helped, they always have lot's of staff on duty, and the fellows there are awesome.

Met John the owner last summer. Always a great bunch to deal with.....:)
