PC cast for glock pistols

I used tens of thousands of cast lead bullets in an H&K P9S with the polygonal twist rifling. So easy to clean with no lands and groove crevices to trap lead and copper. A quick brush and a patch was all it ever needed after several hundred rounds, and most of what came out was likely from the bullet lube.

I'd bought 1k cast/pc bullets from Prairie Projectiles 2 years ago. They all ran flawlessly through my 19x, no different than the CamPro I normally buy. I only keep one pistol powder (CFE Pistol), so I'm quite certain the CFE (Copper Fouling Eliminator) was a little wasted on cast bullets

I shoot the DRG cast lead 135 gr RN bullet in my Glocks. Accurate, feeds well and no leading issues. I brush after each session a few strokes.

I think that would be the key to keep leading from being an issue in the factory barrel, regular maintenance.

I shoot those DRG lead bullets in a variety of pistols - not just Glock. I use a borescope and can see no real difference in leading in them.

I've never had an issue with PC cast in my glock. Having said that I clean it every time I use it.
