Walmart also has good prices on a suitable toaster ovens, I got my smaller than PA oven for around $30. Fyi the current flyer price on PA's powders is their regular price, but the do have the powder coating guns on sale.

Bought a used counter top convection oven, the heat is way more even now. Paid $20 for it

I use a $3 toaster oven from the thrift store with a PID temperature control
Works great

Got a brand new convection toaster oven given to me works awesome and heat is very even.
