I bought them (actually six of them, two for a bud) last year, and my guy toke them to test and certify somewhere Industrial place in Mississauga, I believe about $50 a piece.
You can get more precise first hand answer from any dive shop or paintball place, they are middle man with these.
These were originally max 7500 psi rated CF Oxigen tanks and we got them back as 5K. If I remember well these are maybe 10 or 12 liter tanks because slightly bigger then I got initially the same aliexpress 9 liter CF tank nobody wanted to touch it. I decided to get a compressor as well and doing DIY.
I am filling all these with my YongHeng to 300 bar (4300 psi) where cuts out, after several days I check when cooled down they are sitting about 38-3900 psi. One tank I checked this week I needed a fill for my FX Impact, still 3800 since February.
I have several liquid filled gauges to cross check my fills/transfers, also a Huma digital shop gauge for double check.
