PCP storage

If it is a PAL rated gun then the same storage laws would apply as a powder burner. Lock them up.

As long as they are unloaded, "No pellet", you will be good to go.

From what I've read most owners leave air in them. Depending on how long you were storing it between use. I keep mine charged to it's max at 1500psi sometimes for a month at a time, the seals hold and I wouldn't want to be pumping up from zero too often. I have read that its better for the seals to keep air in as well.

Leave it with air in it. Depending on the type you get the seals need to have some pressure in the tank before they even work properly. I normally top it off after I'm done shooting and leave it full for next time. It also lets me know if the tank is leaking (which hasn't happened yet). Pumping from zero sucks- a lot.
