PDW builds - Lets see them, and share results

^ Thanks.

From a ballistic standpoint, it makes more sense to SBR a 7.62x39 than it does 5.56. You lose much less velocity with the 7.62 x 39. This one gets an average of 2120 fps out of a 12 inch barrel, and the ammo is dirt cheap...Take that .300 whisper!:D:stirthepot2:

altough the shorter piston ones would be even better :D

PDW? It's VERY compact when folded. (Yes I know there's a screw missing on the flashlight mount.....)

I have the original bolt carrier on there now. I contacted the company, they wanted me to send it back for a replacement, but I never bothered. I don't want a replacement and wouldn't be comfortable selling it. It's not constructed properly in my opinion. I'm lucky the charging handle hit me in the thumb and not in the teeth.

Here's my 10.5":

LMT upper
Armalite lower
Samson Star-mx rail
Claymore brake
Mbus

Just need a good single point sling and an aimpoint t1 or h1. Do 11.5" csa carbines count as PDWs too?

Actually it's mostly milled.. the VZ is a beast of a weapon, that I'd reach for over all else in my inventory if needed in a working role. However, the shorter you go does not mean the better it is. As a PDW.. the short VZ's are out of their game.

Not really a PDW but here goes.

10.3" Mk18 Clone Upper
LMT Lower /w 2 stage LMT trigger
Daniel Defense 9.5 FSP Rail
Adams Arms Carbine Piston System - Gen2

BCM Gunfighter Charging Handle Mod4
Knight's VFG with rail covers
Vltor E-Mod buttstock
LMT Fixed BUIS
Aimpoint CompM3 /w Larue LT-150 mount

Clobb,

So let me get this straight, you have a cheaply built stamped and folded sheet metal, ex-combloc weapon that fires s**te corrosive ammo and then sheds vital parts in the process and you think this is competition for ARs firing 300 Whisper? Whokay!

Since when are 58s stamped sheet metal?
