Well I guess the next match is scheduled in October so you should have that one covered. Us northerners just aren't used to that kind of heat, anything over 25 and I'd better have some beer and a lake otherwise I'm pretty much done.

A lot of room for improvement on my part. That was my first ever 3 gun. I learned quite a bit. Non-retention holster would help speed up the draw slightly, A pistol without all the de-#### & external safety stuff is faster, loading shotgun shells out of a dump pouch is not the best way to go, an 870 pump isn't the cats pajamas for 3 gun, the 4x ACOG isn't a great optic for all that close in stuff. I think I can shave a bit of time off next go around. ;)
 
That's quite a few lessons, Mark. ;) The 870 is great with enough capacity. The one Conner ran had 9 +1 available. How you handle your shotshells makes a huge difference in speed.

My handgun game is still weeeak :(


But I really enjoyed this stage, and the Akdal really sings. Unlimited shotgun rounds, but shooters were limited to 20 rounds total of pistol. It was definitely worth downloading the second mag and using a 40S&W magazine. Saved me a reload even with all the misses!
