Peace River area butcher

I've just won a draw for this September's Alberta WMU 527 deer hunt. Could anybody recommend any reliable butchers in the Manning-Peace River-High Prairie area? Been burned too many times (eg Sundre). Thanks.

Would Hines Creek be to far? Dale Stark at the Hines Creek General Store does wild game processing. He usually gets pretty busy at hunting time so the sooner you can bring anything in the better.

I don't think there is one in Manning anymore.

Johnny's Sausage and Meats in Grimshaw, the guy at Hines Creek. The IGA in PR processes wild game as well or use too.


Its been many years since I went to Johnny's as we do all our own.
