Pedersoli Black Widow 22LR

I just got one of these from Marstar. What a great little rifle. Waaay better then the little badger (which I also love ) except these make no compromise when it comes to ergonomics and the quality is much better. The shell holder in the stock is also a much better design then little badger. I hope you guys get .22WMR in so you can take some more money from me. Also a shout out to Marstar and their great customer service! Thanks guys!

Once you get a few rounds down range let us know what you think of the trigger and accuracy. Cheers.

I don't have a range set up where I am at the moment but it is more then accurate enough to headshoot a squirel from offhand position at 20 yds The trigger is heavy but has no creep and breaks very cleanly. I may order another one. It really is everything the little badger should have been. Not a huge fan of the extra step to fold in half but it really isn't a great ordeal and very easy to do.

$92 to ship a 3lb rifle than can be folded in half....

It comes in a huge box. But that shipping cost is also what stopped me from ordering another. My last order shipped with another firearm so I didn't notice the cost as much. Maybe marstar would be willing to repackage. It's worth shooting them a message to see.

Your web site lists the Pedersoli Black Widow 22LR. $449.95 down $359.96. -20%. But don’t seem to be able to purchase it at the discounted price of $359.96.

Thanks

Steve

It seems that the rear sight is fixed and not ajustable even if the instruction manual says different I can not see any screw on the pictures. Can an owner confirmed ?

Hi folks,

You can find this rifle in Europe for 300euros +20 extra euros for shipping. I have bought it and my first impression in beyond my expectation. The quality is amazing. The polymer looks very nice with a good touch, nothing to do with my baikal shotgun polymer stock.

I was a bit afraid of the trigger due to the current internet reviews we can find on internet but it is a very decent trigger. A bit better than the CZ455 but very similar.

There is some negative points. The forend needs to be untighten with a flat screwdriver to get the rifle fully folded. I am going to look for a hand tightening screw.

Once folded the forend moves freely along the barrel and clash against the front sight and that is annoying...They could just have added a slot into the forend to get the trigger guard going through it and avoid removing this nut every time you need to fold the rifle...

Worst thing is the iron sight. Poor adjustment from the factory (if I can called that an adjustment) 5cm windage correction at 15m...and you need to tap with an hammer on the sight to make it moves into the dovetail...seriously. Forget the precise adjustment, unless someone has a better way to do it. Fortunately I manage to get some pretty nice results after moving it three times.

The rifle gets picatinny rail on bottom and top which is perfect for accessories.

As a conclusion, for 300 bucks, this rifle is doing pretty well the job and looks amazing đź‘Ź

They should have manufactured the bobcat version in .223. Anyway this rifle seems to not be sold anymore.
