Peep Sight for a 58

I'm curious if anyone has changed out the rear sight and installed a Mojo peep sight on the VZ 58? If so what do ya think? Is the rear sight to far forward for a peep sight? That is my major concern.

Should work pretty well.


I've used the Rauch Tactical version in the past and it's excellent with a fibre optic front post.
The Peeps still work well further forward as long as the aperture is big enough.

Too bad they don't seem to be available any more.... they worked well with the original sliding height adjustment and were a direct replacement for the original rear sight.

Pretty much the same rear sight between the two. They are interchangeable as far as I know.

I got the Rauch a while ago too.
Looks similar,
The peep sight helps to cntre your vision.
Use it in combination with a front fiber sight and it will really stand out.
