peep sight for Marlin 336C

You can get skinner sights right from skinner mine where 75 bucks shipped. A lot cheaper then I could get anything else locally and there great to deal with.

Most peeps require a taller front sight. As far as front sight styles, I like small brass beads and firesights the best.

I have owned the skinner (on a Rossi) and the XS (on a 1895) both were good but my favourite is a Williams Fire Sight that came on a BLR I bought here.

I just bought a new Williams for an airgun that is very sloppy with excessive play.....it's a race to the bottom it seems today!
I need to contact Williams as I've never seen one so bad!
I'm pretty sure all my Williams are allum and I have Lyman's in both steel and alum. The Lyman alum I have seems fine?

Original Skinner on a Marlin 1895 with the 22" barrel. Original front sight works with 405 gr. cast at about 1800 fps. Anything faster than this and I run out of elevation on the rear sight and would have to change out the front.
