Your Williams looks much like the Lyman that I put on my 94. Is the aperature a little right of center? This is my first try with a peep and after sighting in at 100 yards with very consistent groups, I have noticed that the aperature is visually right of center. This does not make sence to me as the front sight seems centered, but the aperature is well to the right of the bore.
I might be confused, but I think you are refering to the Lyman Tang sight, that's not pictured in my post. It isn't adjustable for windage, or at least the one I had wasn't, to use it, I had to sight in by drifting the front sight. The one I posted is the Marbles Tang sight, and it has a windage adjustment.
If you were refering to the Williams Reciever sight, the FP, has click adjustments for windage and elevation, it's a nice sight, but it's made of aluminum.
That's not really a concern, as I have several, some of them have had some terrible spills over the years, and the sight remained bang on.
I've never seen a reciever sight that didn't have some sort of both windage and elevation adjustment, of any make. Even the Old Williams 5D had slide adjustments.
The Lyman, and redfield sights are steel, and are also excellent sights.
Frequently, these sights turn up on ebay.
But you have to watch for mad sight collectors like Maddog
